Metamorphosis Coaching

Metamorphosis Coaching is founded and established by Jahida El-Assaad. Jahida is a woman with a varied amount of experience in different fields of work. Her ultimate passion is in helping others in need.

A husband-and-wife team, Jahida and Faz aim to deliver workshops that can improve the lives of young people and parents. Their passion is to inspire and empower all youth to reach their full potential. They believe that with the right guidance and willingness to learn, every human being (irrespective of their age, gender, race, education & social standing) has the ability to achieve optimal cognitive & mental wellbeing, growth mindsets & peak performance.

Metamorphosis Coaching’s mission is to break stigma, close the youth mentoring gap and to guide, coach and support parents in strengthening their relationships with their children. There programs provide the community with the tools and resources to break toxic generational patterns and equip our youth with the skills to develop into great successful leaders.

Metamorphosis Coaching provides services that empower our community. The partnership with Metamorphosis Coaching enables NZF to refer clients to their services, when we know that their needs are beyond just financial or in cases where they may not be Zakat eligible.

Jahida and Faz offer various coaching services such as youth coaching, business coaching and general life coaching for a number of our community programs.

If you are an individual, company, business, service or organisation, you can become a Program Partner by financially supporting and funding our programs, either through the means of Zakat or Sadaqah.

You can also become a Service Partner by providing essential services such as Quran classes, counselling, mentoring, tutoring etc. for our programs.
