About Grounded
Grounded provides the education, strategies and support required to help Muslim women to discover, reclaim and strengthen their faith, identity and confidence. Grounded engages deeply with a holistic learning experience which (God willing) guarantees a revival of faith for clients and students who actively implement strategies and commit to their personal change and growth.
Grounded is founded by Calisha Bennett who specialises in teaching the foundations of Islam and Quran Tajweed, designing unique courses and workshops, providing 1:1 identity consultation and contributing to community development. She has also presented at international Islamic conferences and regularly shares Islam with non-Muslim communities, schools and at interfaith events.

Grounded is dedicated to empowering our community through a range of valuable services. NZF refers clients to Grounded when we recognise that their needs extend beyond financial support and they require help to discover, reclaim and strengthen their faith, identity and confidence.
Would you like to partner with us?
If you are an individual, company, business, service or organisation, you can become a Program Partner by financially supporting and funding our programs, either through the means of Zakat or Sadaqah.
You can also become a Service Partner by providing essential services such as Quran classes, counselling, mentoring, tutoring etc. for our programs.
