Hana is a single mother and full-time carer for her son, who has a disability.

She lives in Perth and relies on Centrelink as her primary source of income.

Her son receives support through NDIS, however there are ongoing care related costs that are not fully covered, including regular specialist appointments, therapy sessions, and transport to medical services across the city.
