Territory Support Collective

Territory Support Collective located in Alice Springs (Northern Territory) was created to support a strong network of caring Providers who focus on building the confidence and capacity of the NDIS Participants they work with. TSC is unique in that it is a bespoke service for NDIS Participants, they have ultimate choice & control of who they work with, choosing Providers from the start with a meet & greet process that matches them with a suitable provider for any service. Once Participants and Providers are matched, TSC works with them to manage care plans, support schedules, NDIS Plans etc.

Territory Support Collective’s mission is to guarantee the best service so NDIS Participants can utilise their funding in a way that works for them. TSC is committed to only working with Providers that genuinely love what they do and committed to the people they work with. This commitment will instill confidence in NDIS Participants and loved ones, ensuring Participants reach their full capability and live their best life.

 Services currently available include: 

-        Daily Living Supports (Personal Care, Community Access, House/Yard Maintenance etc.)

-        Coordination of Support

-        Life Skills Development

-        Meal Prep & Delivery

-        Respite and Holiday Packages (STA, Medium Term Accommodation etc.)

-        Transport

Territory Support Collective will assist NZF clients with the application process for NDIS and help connect NDIS approved clients to services that suit their needs.

If you are an individual, company, business, service or organisation, you can become a Program Partner by financially supporting and funding our programs, either through the means of Zakat or Sadaqah.

You can also become a Service Partner by providing essential services such as Quran classes, counselling, mentoring, tutoring etc. for our programs.
